Any tips for caring for my piece?

All pieces are dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe even though they have unglazed bottoms. For longevity’s sake, we suggest handwashing (whenever possible) with a paste of baking soda and water using a scrubber or brush.

How long will it take for my piece to ship?

In stock pieces will be shipped next day. Made to order pieces will be mailed in two to three weeks. If you need your made to order pieces faster, email us so we can double check our stock - there’s a chance we have an extra, especially if you’re open to any color option.

Do you ship internationally?

You bet! If you need your order shipped internationally, select local pick up when you place your order. Then email us to get shipping details taken care of. We’ll invoice you separately from your original order for the cost of international shipping.

Do you offer local pick up?

Sure do! If you’re local to Nashville, select local pickup (it’s free!) from the shipping options. Once you’ve submitted your order, email us to coordinate a pick up time and location.

What if my piece breaks while in transit?

If your piece if broken or damaged upon arrival, email us immediately with a photo of the remains, and we’ll work on getting you a replacement.

Do you accept returns?

No, all sales are final. However, if you feel that the piece you receive isn’t close to the photo on our site, email us to arrange for an exchange. We’ll make sure you’re into your piece.
